Every piece is built to order, packed and shipped straight to your door. Here is what to expect, from your price to your delivery.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in Canada and the United States.
Delivery times
Each piece is built to order, so the delivery time depends on the piece and the options you choose. Each product page shows where it ships from.
We give you the delivery time in writing with your price, before you pay.
If a delay comes up, we tell you at once, with a new date. If the new date does not work for you, you can cancel for a full refund.
Shipping cost
Your price shows the shipping cost to your address before you pay. Large pieces travel by freight, and the carrier contacts you to book a delivery time.
When it arrives
Check your order before you sign for it, if you can. If anything is damaged or missing, write it on the delivery slip, take photos, and email us within 48 hours at david@hideandhush.com. We make it right with a repair or a replacement.
Returns
Most pieces are built to order, so return terms differ from piece to piece. We give you the return terms for your order in writing with your price, before you pay, so you know them up front.
A piece that arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered is always ours to make right.
Changing or cancelling an order
Email us as soon as you can. Before building starts, you can cancel for a full refund. After that, the terms in your price apply.
Warranty
Each piece comes with its brand’s own warranty. We send you its terms with your price, and we help you with any claim.
