Prices and quotes

Prices on this site can change. A price we send you by email holds for 14 days, unless it says otherwise, and it lists the piece, its options, shipping, the delivery time and the terms for your order.

If we find a mistake in a price before your order is confirmed, we tell you, and you can go ahead at the right price or cancel.

Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed when we accept it in writing and receive your payment. You pay by card through Shopify’s secure checkout, or another way named in your price.

Delivery

We give you the delivery time with your price. If we cannot meet it, we tell you at once with a new date, and you can cancel for a full refund. More on our Shipping and returns page.

Returns, cancellations and warranty

These are on our Shipping and returns page and in the price for your order. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.

Product information

We describe each piece as accurately as we can. Pictures and sizes come from the brands; colours and finishes can look different on a screen. Please check sizes, doorways and floor space before you order.

Using this site

Please use this site only for lawful purposes. The words, pictures and design belong to Hide & Hush or to the brands we sell, and may not be copied without permission.

Limits

As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any claim about an order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

The law that applies

These terms follow the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protections your own consumer law gives you.
